Expedia Africa has accessed internship in Europe for students and graduates.
The Traineeships in Europe are with dairy farms and piggery Farms.
UFAAS is part of the African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services.
It is a professional and practitioners association for all engaged in Agricultural extension and advisory services at all levels of the agricultural or horticultural value chain • All agricultural Universities and Colleges are potential institutional members of UFAAS and are invited to join.
All agricultural and horticultural professionals including students can join as members • Rwentanga Farm Institute Makerere University, Kyambogo University, Bukalasa Agricultural College are already members of UFAAS and many more are in the process of joining.
Expedia Africa have a Memorandum of Understanding with UFAAS to help Ugandan Agricultural Students access traineeships in Europe.
Denmark Internship Program
Who Can Apply ?
- Both male and female contuining students under Agriculture – with a focus in Livestock production or Animal Husbandry.
- Continuing Students(Diploma students must have a minimum of 2 semesters, degree students a maximum of 5 semesters.
- Age : 18 –28years.

NOTE : All internship placements last a period of 18 months.

- Monthly Salary –first 6months pay in Denmark * €1,600 [6,800,000shs] per month. Next 12months pay in Denmark * €1,840 [7,800,000shs] per month, under 25yrs old. * €2,130 [9,000,000shs] per month, above 25yrs old.
- Application Procedure
- Registration & Medical – 265,000 UGX
- IELTS Test -1,500,000UGX
- Submission of application -Letter of recommendation&Testimonial results from college/university
- Attach passport photo and a smilling photo
- Video cv
- Driving permit-MUST HAVE
- After your application is fully verified and you have passed your English test (for Denmark)you will participate in:
- The first technical interview or Evaluation- By our Partner agency in Europe.
- A Second Technical Evaluation by your identified Host Farmer. (Not Mandatory).
- Signing of Contract
After receiving your contract you will be expected to make a 50% Deposit () of the
program fee, to be used for:
- Visa application, processing of Traineeship Permits, Residence Permit and Student Case Order ID payment.
- Embassy Biometrics.
- Receiving of Visa.
- Once you receive your VISA your make payment of Final half of the program fees.

- Old Passports are no longer accepted, we can assist with the new passport.
- TOTAL PROGRAM FEE – (Air ticket Inclusive).
